| A) Modifications |
| K Sera Sera Productions FZ-LLC. reserves the right to alter or amend this Agreement at any time, for any reason or may be for no reason at all, at K Sera Sera Productions FZ-LLC. ,sole discretion. If any alteration or amendment occurs on the Agreement, it will be posted on the www.kmediatalent.com website. If any modifications or amendments takes place on the site, K Sera Sera Productions FZ-LLC. will provide notice of that material changes on the site but as a member or user of www.kmediatalent.com website, it is user's sole responsibility to update yourself apprised of any modifications or amendments. If member objects to any terms and conditions of the Agreement or after any Modifications or Amendments or dissatisfied with K Sera Sera Productions FZ-LLC. or its website in any way, member's only recourse to immediately:
1. Withdraw from the use of www.kmediatalent.com website
2. Terminate registration from the www.kmediatalent.com website |

| B) Description Of Services |
| www.kmediatalent.com provides online services to users to find and connect with other users more effectively. KMediaTalent users can make contact with thousands of media aspirants who are also the users of the same KMediaTalent service. K Sera Sera Productions FZ-LLC. reserves the right to alter or amend or discontinue the services, in whole or in part, at any time, for any reason, or for no reason at all, at K Sera Sera Productions FZ-LLC. sole discretion, with or without notice to Members, and with no obligation to Members.
KMediaTalent also scans web sites and gathers information it finds about people. Once we have collected information about a person, the resulting Profiles are then made available to the public through the www.kmediatalent.com. User can claim and edit his KMediaTalent profile to make your talent’s information available to the Clients who use KMediaTalent regularly to Search media aspirants. Agencies, Media Associates and colleagues can access your profile to come to you with opportunities. You can connect with or add colleagues to expand your online network.
KMediaTalent also allows users to create and/or update their own Profile. Any information provided by a user to be part of his or her Profile will be available to the public as part of the KMediaTalent service. Users who create and/or update their own Profile can change or delete any information they provide if they choose to do so.
Aspirants should post profiles and portfolios on KMediaTalent only if they wish such information to be viewed by KMediaTalent customers. |

C) Member Conduct |
| Whatever the services of www.kmediatalent.com used by you , are subjected to all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations. K Sera Sera Productions FZ-LLC. reserves the right, but does not assume any obligation, to monitor the Services to enforce this Agreement. K Sera Sera Productions FZ-LLC. doesn't guarantee for any monitoring it does on the conduct of Member will be to the Member's satisfaction. K Sera Sera Productions FZ-LLC. at its sole discretion may terminate user access to any or whole use of www.kmediatalent.com services, if found any violation of this Agreement. It requires user to remedy such violation, and/or take any other actions that K Sera Sera Productions FZ-LLC. deems appropriate to enforce its rights. Without any intimation, K Sera Sera Productions FZ-LLC. reserves the right to terminate user access to any or whole use of www.kmediatalent.com services if, in our, view, user conduct fails to meet any of the following guidelines. |

Post any inaccurate, stale or misleading information.
Members shall not involve in any activities or processes, including, but not limited to, that constitutes harassment to anybody on www.kmediatalent.com site.
Members shall not attempt to interfere with any other person's use of the Services.
Members shall not misrepresent their identity or impersonate any other person.
Members shall not treat themselves as sponsored by, endorsed by, or affiliated with the KMediaTalent website.
For any other form of commercial solicitation, commercial advertisements, members shall not use any part of or portion of the www.kmediatalent.com or its services for uploading, posting, emailing, transmitting or any other process which shall violate under the terms of use and privacy policy.
Members shall not use of any portion or part of www.kmediatalent.com in utilizing for uploading, posting, emailing, transmitting or otherwise making available content, including user names and friend list names, that are harmful, threatening, abusive, vulgar, obscene, profane, defamatory, libelous, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
It is advisable to Members not to use any portion of the www.kmediatalent.com for uploading, posting, emailing, transmitting or otherwise making available messages that are harmful to minors in any way.
It is not permissible to upload photos, graphics or other content that contain or promote illegal substances or activities, including, but not limited to, underage drinking or smoking, substance abuse, weapon use, or gang affiliation.
It is not permissible to post any kind of contents that displays pornography of sexually explicit materials or things of any kind or types.
Members shall not post content or provide any material that exploit people under the age of 18 in a sexual or violent manner, or solicit and kind of personal information from any one under the age of 18.
Members shall not provide instructional information depicting illegal activities and processes such as making, buying or selling illegal weapons or other illegal things or violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses.
Members shall not attempt to get unauthorized access to www.kmediatalent.com databases or other computer systems or from any other source.
It is punishable, if members shall attempt to modify, translate, adapt, edit, decompile, disassemble, of reverse engineer any software programs used by KMediaTalent.
Members should not involve in any activities that disrupt, lessen the quality of, and impair the functionality of, the Services of www.kmediatalent.com website.
All the above judgments concerning the applicability of these guidelines shall be at the sole discretion of K Sera Sera Productions FZ-LLC. An account of any member may be terminated at any time, without notice, to them, if found to be guilty in any concern on www.kmediatalent.com . K Sera Sera Productions FZ-LLC. will remove the offending and illegal material and alert the member against repeating the offense. A member's account will be terminated fully, if another direct violation against of our terms of agreements is committed.
